How Does It work?
YVI offers a program called ‘FTP’ for expedited deliveries, which accelerates production timelines for common carbon steel and stainless-steel items in pressure classes 150, 300, and 600 on standard bolted bonnet gate, globe and check valves as well as pressure seal bonnet design in pressure classes 900, 1500, and 2500. Leveraging YVI internal foundries, factory, streamlined processes, and factory inventory, lead times can be minimized to as low as 4-6 weeks based on Ex-Works Factory INCOTERMS.
In-House CTQ (Critical to Quality) Design/Engineering and manufacturing processes allow YVI to produce high-integrity castings and superior quality valves with industry leading lead times.
